由于不銹鋼鑄造在金屬型中冷卻凝固得比砂型中快,金屬型又無容讓性,因此在金屬型鑄造時,鑄件中產生的鑄造應力比砂型鑄件要大裂紋傾向性也大,還容易產生澆不足、冷隔、白口(對于鑄鑄件)等缺陷。通常:  Because the stainless steel casting in metal mold cooling solidification faster than in the sand mold, metal mold nor let sex, so when the metal mold casting, casting of casting stress is bigger than the sand mold casting crack orientation also big, also easy to produce misrun and cold shut, white (for casting casting), and other defects.
